TunePocket offers free returns for eligible orders within the 30-day return window. Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been heavily used in water may not be eligible for return unless they are defective.
